Adults: We recommend starting with one scoop of Tad (1/4 teaspoon) provided with product order. Proceed by mixing suggested dosage in 8 oz. glass of purified water, recommended on empty stomach in the morning or at bedtime. Also, can be taken 1-2 hours before or after a meal.

Children: We recommend starting with one scoop of Smidgen (1/32 teaspoon) provided with product order. Proceed by mixing suggested dosage in 8 oz. of purified water, recommended on empty stomach in the morning or at bedtime. Also, can taken 1-2 hours before or after a meal.

For Proper Storage:
